Himig Roseña, Colegio de Sta. Rosa's official ambassador for choral singing, rooted their humble beginnings as a school choir rendering their services for masses and different school events. In June 2011, under the direction of its new choirmaster, Colegio De Sta. Rosa's Glee Club was instantly transformed into a promising group that dares to represent the school in the field of music and singing.
A year after the group was formed, they immediately gained recognition as they won awards at prestigious choral competitions such as the Annual CMLI Voices in Harmony Awit-Tagisan ng Batang Pilipino and Musica FEUropa: FEU-European Union Choral Competition. In celebration of Colegio de Sta. Rosa-Makati's 50th founding anniversary, the group embarked on its first ever International Competition on December 6-10, 2013, representing the country in A Voyage of Songs International Festival and Competition in Bangkok, Thailand.
